Therefore, the regular replacement of aircraft seat covers is a task with a large amount of work, a long time consumption and a high degree of refinement. At present, the management of seat covers in the aircraft cabin is still in an extensive management mode that relies on manpower, and various records rely on paper forms. Under this management method, it is easy to cause the following problems: the quantity of in-out and out of the warehouse does not match the actual amount, resulting in inaccurate inventory; the use of manual in-out and out-of-warehouse counting and washing frequency control is time-consuming, labor-intensive and inefficient, and is prone to human errors. According to the current It is difficult to meet the standards required by the manual; the management efficiency is low, the turnover cycle of seat covers is long, and the inventory of seat covers is large.

For aircraft seat covers, it needs to meet the flame retardancy requirements of airworthiness, and at the same time, it needs to be washed and dried many times during its service life. The RFID chip is sewn together with the seat cover, which also needs to meet the requirements of washing resistance and high temperature drying resistance. The washable label packaged in nylon material can be customized according to the needs, and it can withstand dry cleaning, acid and alkali washing and high temperature sterilization. The number of cycles can reach 200 times, which fully meets the current requirement of scrapping the seat cover within 10 washing cycles. The labels sewn into the seat cover can be recycled and reused after the seat cover is scrapped.

 

The seat covers removed from the machine are transferred back to the warehouse before being sent for washing, and the washing information is counted through the RFID access control, and the part numbers and quantities of the seat covers are summarized to generate a washing order. The washing order information includes the piece number, serial number, batch number, applicable model, operation date, washing times and other information of the seat cover. When the two types of orders are received, the RFID tags will be read and verified according to the information entered in the order. Based on the uniqueness of each RFID tag, it can be judged whether the received seat covers are accurate and complete.

 

According to estimates, using the RFID seat cover management system can put single-machine seat covers into the warehouse on average.
